Due to the impact of COVID-19, we're offering safe shipping practices where we offer 'no-contact delivery'. 'No contact' delivery is a completed delivery, where the courier delivers your order to the safe, agreed upon location and you do not have a direct contact with the courier. 


Shipping Policy

Sprout Growers ("we" and "us") is the operator of ( ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

  • Less than $29.00: $10 flat-rate

Quebec and Manitoba

  • $40.00 + : $15 Flat-rate
  • Less than $40.00: $10 flat-rate

Maritimes, Saskatchewan, Alberta, BC, Nunavut and Territories

  • $40.00 + : $25 Flat-rate
  • Less than $40.00: $20 flat-rate

United States

  • Less than $40: $15 flat-rate
  • $40 + : $25 flat-rate
  • Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska: Variable based on destination, determined at checkout
International: Variable based on destination, determined at checkout

2. Delivery Terms

2.1 Transit Time Canada

In general, local shipments (GTA) are in transit for 1-2 business days. Shipments for rest of Canada are in transit for 2-7 business days. Canadian shipments are sent via Express Post, UPS or Expedited Parcel. Order tracking is available.

2.2 Transit time United States

Generally, orders shipped to the continental United States are in transit for 2-7 business days via Fedex Ground Delivery. U.S. orders shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska are in transit for 7-14 days (varies depending on carrier and destination). Order tracking is available.

2.3 Transit time Rest of World

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 5-15 business days depending on carrier. Order tracking is available.

2.4 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order.

2.5 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

2.6 P.O. Box Shipping

Sprout Growers will not ship to P.O. boxes.

2.7 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

2.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at so that we can conduct an investigation.

3. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

4. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

5. Duties & Taxes

5.1 Sales Tax
For Canadian orders, applicable provincial sales tax will be applied at check-out.

5.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Sprout Growers encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Sprout Growers at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

6. Cancellations

6.1 Regular purchases (non-subscription): If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy on our returns page.

7.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
